Order Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your order

Because we ship quickly (within 1–2 business days), the window to cancel is short. To cancel or change an order, email contact@1novanests.com as soon as possible with your order number.

Before it ships

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

After it ships

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may instead return it under our 30-day Return & Refund Policy after it arrives.

Orders we may cancel

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or items becoming unavailable. If we cancel your order, you'll be notified and refunded in full.
