Return & Refund Policy

30-day returns

We want you to love your lighting. If you're not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Condition

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging with all parts and hardware included. For safety reasons, fixtures that have been hard-wired or installed cannot be returned unless they arrived defective.

How to start a return

Email contact@1novanests.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid label.

Return shipping

We cover return shipping on all returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Because standard shipping is free, no shipping charge applies to your refund.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
