Warranty Policy

What's covered

Our lighting fixtures are covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of delivery.

What's not covered

• Normal wear, cosmetic marks from use, and discoloration over time.
• Damage from improper installation, misuse, accidents, or use outside the product's rating (for example, using an indoor fixture outdoors).
• Replaceable consumables such as bulbs, unless they arrived defective.
• Products modified or repaired by anyone other than an authorized party.

How to make a claim

Email contact@1novanests.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video. If the claim is approved, we'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

A note on manufacturer warranties

Some items may also carry a separate manufacturer's warranty. Where that applies, we'll help you connect with the manufacturer for support.
